A t-test and ANOVA was used to reveal any differences in professional values between the two groups of students. Patricia Benner's Novice to Expert Model was used to Guide the study.
The results revealed no overall differences between the two groups of students 9n=104), although there were differences on 3 of the subscales where the Associate Degree nurses scored higher. These results have several implications for future practice and further research.
