Based on the results, women faculty members who use the coping strategy of maintaining perspective also use the coping strategy of maintaining family system more often than those who use other coping strategies. In addition, women faculty members who have more support for work also have greater perceived career success compared to those who have less support for work. Lastly, women faculty members who have school-age children have more perceived spousal support compared to women who do not have school-age children.
